If you get married in MA and live in RI, do you get a prenuptial agreement for MA or RI?

Where you sign the pre-nup doesn't matter. Just make sure you have all the legalities in it, and comply with state law regarding the witnessing of signatures etc. in the state you are signing, which is usually your state of residence.
