Where would be a good place to get married in So. California?

I have a budget of $25,000 and am trying to spend a good portion of the money on the Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception. I'm looking for something really pretty, and possibly quite extravagant. Any suggestions would be great, I don't even no where to start looking.Where would be a good place to get married in So. California?
Southern California is a huge place. Where are you wanting to get married? L.A. , San Diego, Santa Barbara, the desert, the mountains?

If you love the beach I say almost any where along the coast. I was married at Hotel Laguna. It was beautiful and with in your budget. I was married on the beach at sun set and held our reception in side on of there large banquet rooms. Wonderful food and great service. Very helpful! They can hold up to 200 people and their halls over look the ocean!

We got married at Tivoli Too in Laguna Beach and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They do such a great job on weddings and it wasn't cheap but wasn't crazy expensive either. We spent about $20,000 on our wedding for 100 people. They have really great wedding packages and the food there is GREAT! If you've never been there it's definitely worth looking at since pictures don't do it justice. We got married in October when they have the tent set-up for the reception and there are lights everywhere and a giant chandelier in the middle and it was really beautiful. I'll never forget walking in on the day of my wedding and I couldn't believe how elegant it looked. With all the elements in place it looked like we spent a million bucks but of course we didn't. I would highly recommend checking it out. The wedding coordinators there do an amazing job and our wedding was everything I had imagined it to be and then some. Definitely worth every penny we spent!
