Yes. You can make them marry pretty much anyone you want.


[Sorry about my previous answer, I thought you meant how to make Cassandra marry Don Lothario.:]





First of all, call Don over and make Cassandra do interactions such as 'irritate' or 'argue' at him. Sooner or later, the two should get mad at each other. Then, get out of the Goth and go to Don. Since you are Don right now, call Cassandra over and there should be an interaction called, 'Break-up'. Click that and the two are definitely over.





Now, since you want Cassandra to marry Darren, switch to the Goth family call Darren over. First, do friendly interactions at him until the two are at least friends. Once they are friends, start making Cassandra do romantic interactions at him. Keep on doind that until they are best friends.





When you get them as best friends and are in love with each other [make sure the heart in the relationship panel is red], have Cassandra propose and she is now enagage to Darren [if he accepts.]





Then, wait for the next day, keep on doing romantic interactions at Darren, once you've reached 100 for the realtionship bar on the top [not the lifetime one], have Cassandra invite people for a wedding party. Then go under the arch that's set and have Cassandra propose to Darren and if he's in a good mood, he'll accept. And there's a happy ending. Unless you ruin it. :]





To have the two whoo-hoo, it's easier if they're married cuz you can see if Darren is in a good mood. But anyways, have Cassandra and Darren relax on a double-bed. Click on Darren and pick the button, 'Cuddle', then click on him again and press 'Whoo-hoo'.

Yes you can, but right now Cassandra is engaged to Don Lothario, I believe. You'll have to break off their engagement before she can marry Darren. (Hint: Have Don kiss Dina or Nina in front of Cassandra; that will end their relationship for sure!)
