A Christian cannot marry in a Shari'a court. Shari'a requires that the woman renounce Christianity and accept Islam before she can marry.
Dubai civil law allows for interfaith marriages between a Muslim man and a non-Muslim woman, but NOT the other way around.
Remember, though, that under both Shari'a AND civil law, you will have absolutely ZERO rights to your children in the event the marriage does not last. Custody will devolve totally on the father, and as a non-Muslim mother you will not even have any right to visitation with your children, let alone custody.
