Maybe.
If you lived apart for the last 6 month's of the year and you are supporting a dependent, you can file as Head of Household. Any time together after June 30th, even only one night, and you do not qualify for Head of Household. Can you file head of household if you are married but filling separate?
Maybe, but only if you lived apart for all of the second half of the year, and you had a qualifying child of yours living with you and you provided over half of the cost of keeping up the home for that child. If you and your spouse lived together at any time after June 30, no you can't as file head of household.
Only if you have not lived with your spouse for the last six months of the tax year; you have a qualifying child; and you paid for more than half of the up keep of a house for the year
