I am getting married with the swedish citizen and plan to move there.Are my parents eligible to obtain a residence permit to live with me in Sweden?Can my parents move to sweden if i am married to swedish citizen?
It completely depends on (a) your naitonality (b) your situation if you have a residence permit yourself and if it is long term (ie you have resided in Sweden for 5+ years already) and (c) if your parents are financially dependant on you

They'd have to become a Swedish citizen to do that and it doesn't make a difference for them if you get married to a citizen there. They aren't born there and needs to be naturalized before they can live there permanently.
