My friend and I understand each other. We get each other's jokes or even finish our sentences. But, the thing is she's married and I'm bi. She doesn't know that I am attracted to her. She sometimes stares at me and when I stare at her for 1-2 sec, she holds her eye contact until I look away. She sometime winks at me. This makes me more attracted to her, but I wonder why she is doing this?Is a married woman flirting with another woman or being friendly?

Honestly, no matter what her reason, don't pursue this at all because a) she's married; pursuing marrieds never ends well, and b) she's your friend, and pursuing this very likely would change your friendship forever, possibly ruining it...there are plenty of singles out there, stick to them...Is a married woman flirting with another woman or being friendly?
She is probably interested in some experimenting but that isn't fair on you. Either that or she is just being herself trying to treat you like she would any other of her girlfriends but is not aware that you are attracted to her. Either way it is best to find another person of interest that is available and definitely into women.
