Eat healthy, well-balanced meals. Try to eat about 1200-1400 calories a day but spread it out and eat something every couple of hours to keep your metabolism up. Try to cut out sugar and white flour (stick with natural sweeteners like honey, maple syrup or stevia and whole grains) and especially avoid high fructose corn syrup (you'll have to read labels because they put it in everything and it's SO bad for you). Lots of fruits, veggies, protein, etc. Exercise and get plenty of sleep, lack of sleep can hurt your metabolism too.





You're never going to keep it off with a fad diet. If that's all you need to lose you have plenty of time to do it the healthy way.Getting married in September, what is the best way to lose 8-10kg?
My advise is to do high intensity exercises like, 30 minute tread mills, or 5 km. jogging daily and of course , look for high fiber rich foods and fish for your meals and not indulge in junk fastfoods. Remember, do this program whichever you want everyday.

What is kg? Anyway, exercize fast energy plus sit ups, eat less...more well rounded meals but smaller portions and drink lots of water. And never give up!
